Booking And Cancellation Policy
-Bookings
Bookings are subject to schedule and staff availability. Schedules and staff availability are subject to change day to day to fit the needs of both our business, customers, and the needs of our employees.

Bookings for Move in/out, Deep cleanings or "The Queens Choice", and new customers are subject to prepayment for services at the the lowest quoted price. Any additional charges will be charged after service(s) are complete, via invoice to the customers preferred communication choice (email or text).

Bookings needed within 48 hours will be subject to an Immediate Servicing Fee of up to $250 depending on type of service(s) needed and timeframe service(s) need to be completed in.

-Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments cancelled at least 48 hours prior to appointment time and date will be subject to a cancelation fee of up to $100 depending on service(s) booked.
​
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of appointment time and date will be charged the full cost of service(s).
​
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time and date, without penalty.
​
Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment time and date will be subject to a $25 reschedule fee.
​
Prepaid services that are cancelled will be refunded in accordance with our cancellation policies. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process through your card service company. If refunds are not returned to your account within 10 days, please call your card servicing company or bank.
